FAQ #2.8:

I am using a FlashPoint 3D or FlashPoint 3Dx video acquisition board. When I turn live video ON in VisionGauge® and the mouse pointer is moved over the live video display, the pointer has a magenta (i.e. "pink") shadow.

Solution:

a) Shutdown VisionGauge(r). b) Un-Check the "Enable Pointer Shadow" check box in the "My Computer | Control Panel | Mouse | Pointers" window. c) Restart VisionGauge(r).
